Prohibited Uses & Safety Enforcement

To maintain vehicle quality and safety across Fito Ride, strict rules govern vehicle usage.

1. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities violate platform policies and void all insurance coverage:

Driving Under the Influence: Operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances (results in immediate permanent account termination).
Smoking & Vaping: Smoking or using tobacco/vaping products inside any vehicle ($250 cleaning penalty).
Unauthorized Drivers: Allowing any person not verified and named on the official trip booking to operate the vehicle.
Off-Roading & Racing: Driving on unpaved roads, racetracks, drag strips, or engaging in stunt driving.
Commercial Ride-Hailing: Using rental vehicles for Uber, Lyft, or commercial delivery unless covered under commercial fleet insurance.
Towing & Pushing: Towing trailers, boats, or other vehicles.

If a guest arrives for pickup appearing impaired, lacking a valid license, or attempting to bring unauthorized drivers, hosts have the right to refuse key handoff immediately.
Refused pickups due to policy violations are eligible for full host payout protection.
