FITO RIDE PARTNER AGREEMENT

1. PARTNER (HOST) OBLIGATIONS
- Vehicle Condition: You represent that all listed vehicles are clean, safe, mechanically sound, properly registered, and compliant with state safety standards.
- Availability & Pricing: You agree to keep vehicle pricing and calendar availability accurate.
2. INSURANCE & PROTECTION SELECTION
- Partners must select either Fito Protection Policy or submit verified Own Commercial Fleet Insurance doc.
- Identity verification (Didit biometric check) and Stripe Express Connect onboarding are mandatory prior to receiving marketplace payouts.
3. REVENUE SHARE & PAYOUTS
- Earnings are distributed via Stripe Express according to configured host commission structures.
- Fito Ride reserves the right to hold payouts in cases of unresolved dispute claims or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY
Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fito Ride from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from unperformed vehicle maintenance or undisclosed pre-existing mechanical defects.
