1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Personal Identifiers: Full name, email address, phone number, residential address.
- Driver Identity & Verification Data: Driver's license number, facial biometric scans, and verification logs processed securely via Didit SDK integration.
- Payment Information: Collected and processed directly and securely by Stripe, our payment processor; Fito Ride does not store full credit card numbers or bank account credentials on our servers.
- Location & Vehicle Data: Telematics, trip mileage, and geolocation data during active trip rentals.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To verify driver identity and assess platform eligibility.
- To facilitate vehicle bookings, communication between guests and hosts, and payout distributions.
- To prevent fraud, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations.
3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
- We share necessary verification details with Didit SDK for identity confirmation.
- We share billing, transaction, and payout information with Stripe, our payment processor, for payment processing, security deposit authorizations, and host payouts.
- We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
4. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
We implement industry-standard encryption (in transit and at rest) to safeguard your data. Verification snapshots and agreement records are maintained in secure cloud storage.
5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@fitoride.com.
