FITO RIDE PROHIBITED USE POLICY

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

To ensure the safety and longevity of vehicles on Fito Ride, the following uses are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

1. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Operating any vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances is illegal and strictly prohibited.

2. UNLAWFUL OR RECKLESS OPERATION

  • Speeding, racing, drag racing, stunt driving, or off-roading.
  • Using vehicles for commercial ride-hailing (e.g., Uber/Lyft) unless specifically registered and covered under commercial insurance.
  • Towing or pushing objects, trailers, or other vehicles.

3. PROHIBITED CARGO & SMOKING

  • Smoking, vaping, or using tobacco products inside any vehicle (cleaning fee penalties up to $250 apply).
  • Transporting hazardous, explosive, flammable, or illegal materials.
  • Transporting pets without host approval (except registered service animals).

4. UNAUTHORIZED DRIVERS

Permitting any individual not verified and named on the official Fito Ride booking to operate the vehicle.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Violations of this policy result in immediate trip cancellation, forfeiture of security deposit, account termination, and full legal financial liability for all resulting damages.
