FITO RIDE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Fito Ride ("Fito Ride," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, browsing vehicle listings, or requesting/hosting a vehicle on Fito Ride, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS
- You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license to book a vehicle on Fito Ride.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete identity information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. PEER-TO-PEER VEHICLE RENTALS
- Fito Ride provides an online marketplace connecting vehicle owners ("Partners") with renters ("Guests").
- Guests agree to inspect the vehicle prior to trip start, follow all traffic laws, return the vehicle with equivalent fuel/charge levels, and return the vehicle on or before the scheduled trip end time.
- Late returns without prior host extension may incur extra time charges and administrative fee penalties.
4. FEES, PAYMENTS, & SECURITY DEPOSITS
- Guests authorize Fito Ride to process rental charges, service fees, taxes, and security deposit holds using configured Stripe payment methods.
- Refundable security deposits ($500 standard hold) are authorized prior to trip start and released following satisfactory post-trip inspection.
5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Full refunds are available for cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled trip start time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to trip start may incur a cancellation fee.
6. DISPUTES & ARBITRATION
- Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Fito Ride shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under AAA rules.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
